Website Quality Certification Program?
Interstandards Quality Certification Program represents a set of technical
requirement taken from the common industry best practices, recommendations,
standards and guidelines to ensure the provision of quality online products.
Websites that participate in this program will be benchmarked against
the program requirements. A website that complies fully with the requirements
will be awarded Interstandards Quality Certificate in the form of a stamp
to be placed on its home pages.

The program covers the following five main areas:
a- Website design and user experience
b- Website security and e-commerce
c- Website advertising and online marketing
d- Website content
e- Website engineering
Can any type of website subscribe to
Interstandards Website Quality Certification Program?
The requirements included in the program are modular hence they applicable
to all websites regardless of size, type of services or products provided.
However, the application of this program is not intended for websites
promoting or dealing in pornographic content, illegal software, any type
of illegal acts or unlawful activity, anti-government content, drug abuse
or violence as governed by the laws of the countries where the business
is carried out (home country and customer’s country).
What are the fees for Interstandards
Website Quality Certificate Program?
Interstandards certification fees are AED 5,000 paid only once upon the
standards delivery.
Annual revalidation fees are AED 2,000 paid in each of the consecutive
years following the certification.
What is included in the certification
fees?
The certification fees cover the following:
- registration fees;
- standards delivery;
- project management fees;
- website assessment fees and delivery of the assessment report; and
- certificate delivery.
Annual validation fees include:
- website reassessment against the standards and delivery of the assessment
report; and
- renewal of the certificate.
Are discounts available for bulk registrations?
Interstandards fees are nominal and standard for all website regardless
the nature and volume of registrations.
What are the requirements that have to
be satisfied to be awarded Interstandards Website Quality Certificate?
Interstandards Quality Certification Program represents a set of technical
requirement in the areas of website design, website content, website security,
website advertising and website engineering. More detailed information

What are the consequences to my business
if I do not have Interstandards Website Quality Certificate?
Interstandards does not impose any consequences for non-certified websites,
however, Interstandards encourages all the websites to subscribe to its
