It all depends on how active the website in complying in solving the nonconformities
and responding to Interstandards correspondences and requests.

Sure, after delivering the standards, the website will be given enough
time to read them, prepare questions and ask for explanations. Then Interstandards
takes all the responsibility of answering fully and clearly all the questions
and provide all the explanations needed till the website have full understanding
to the entire content of the five Website Quality Standards.

required to be supplied by the website to Interstandards? And why?
All information that will be required is based on the requirements available
in the five Website Quality Standards which are covered by Interstandards
Quality Certification Program. The information will be requested via a
questionnaire that the website will be requested to fill in before Interstandards
testers start their job. The information is useful in making sure that
Interstandards testers have the needed information to fulfill the testing
process correctly and smoothly; hence, the website is expected to answer
accurately and completely all questions listed within questionnaire.
Will Interstandards auditors require
access to my backend systems?
No need for that. However, this can be treated at case-by-case bases.

The website is required to comply only with those requirements that are
relevant to its business. A brief description that justifies the non-compliance
to a specific requirement shall be presented.
How much additional work is required
in order get Interstandards Quality Certificate?
It depends on how far is the website from the Website Quality Standards.
How will Interstandards auditors conduct
their work?
Before the auditors start the work, the website will be requested for
fill in a questionnaire that request information which is considered essential
for the auditors. Based on the information available, and with arrangement
with the website, the auditors will start testing the website a black
as ordinary users and using certain tool to ensure optimum efficiency
and accuracy.

field visits?

What happens if auditors found my website
was not fully complying with Interstandards Website Quality Standards?
After finishing the testing process, a testing report will be issued in
which all the found non-conformities will be addressed in details. The
website will be given the time needed to fix all the non conformities
before the auditors redo the testing again.
Until reaching full compliance, reported nonconformities must be resolved
by the website and the testing should be redone by Interstandards testers.
What happens if auditors
found my website was fully complying with Interstandards Website Quality Standards?
The auditors will report to Interstandards recommending awarding the website
the Quality Certificate. Interstandards will issue a certificate in hard
copy as will as a stamp in electronic copy to be placed on the website
home page.
